Cheer isn’t just something that happens on competition day.
It’s the practices several nights a week. The pickups, drop-offs, long drives, early mornings, late nights, forgotten water bottles, last-minute uniform checks, and somehow always needing to be somewhere five minutes ago.
It’s learning the counts, the terminology, the routines, the schedule, and eventually realizing you know way more about cheer than you ever thought you would.
Then comes competition day. The travel, the call times, the nerves, the energy, the hope for a HIT ZERO, and that feeling when your kid finally takes the floor.
THE CHEER DAD was created for the dads who are part of all of it.
The dads who show up for the everyday grind, not just the big moments.
But no cheer dad does it alone. Cheer moms are a huge part of keeping the athletes, schedules, practices, travel, uniforms, and everything else together. Moms, dads, siblings, grandparents, and families all play a part in making the journey possible.
I wanted apparel that actually feels like something a dad would want to wear. Clean. Comfortable. Intentional. Connected to cheer without everything looking like another generic novelty shirt.
And yeah, we’ll still have some fun stuff too. Cheer is supposed to be fun.
The brand started from a cheer dad’s point of view, but it represents the people behind the athletes who keep showing up.
